What is the refresh rate for GPS location?
Readings are collected every 20 seconds. It takes between 30 - 60 seconds for the app to update location while driving. It is a little longer on initial start up.

How do I cancel my subscription to Fleetr?
To cancel your account, please notify Fleetr in writing or through the application of your decision not to renew at least five days before the end of the month.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. We offer a free refund if you are not satisfied within 30 days.
When do I get billed?
You are charged on the first of each month for the number of units you have requested to use.
What is the term of the agreement?
The term of this agreement is month-to-month. Unless sooner terminated, this agreement will expire on the last day of each calendar month and will renew automatically for an additional calendar month.
What if I want to add or remove a unit during the month?
You may add a unit at any point in time. Once your credit card is charged at the beginning of the month, we will not adjust the current month billing. Your change will be reflected in the next billing period.
I need to purchase additional devices, how do I do that?
You can purchase additional devices in the admin tab. You can also contact sales or email sales@fleetr.com
I need to switch a device to a new vehicle - do I need to do anything before?
Please contact Support so that we have the vehicle association updated and can report properly.
What data can be configured?

Are there access levels in my account?
No. There is only one access level.
Are all vehicles compatible with your devices?
Almost all types of vehicles made after 1996 are compatible. Some older vehicles may have less engine data available.
My device suddenly stopped working. What to do?
Turn off the engine and unplug the device for 5 minutes and then try again. If it is still not working, try leaving it plugged overnight.
What if the device is damaged by myself or my drivers?
There is a $50 replacement fee for any damages that are a result of negligence or misuse by the driver.
Does the device keep logging data if it loses signal?
Yes it does, it records data and stores it and then transmits when the signal returns.
Is the operation of my vehicle affected by the device?
No. The device should not affect the operation of your vehicle.
What is the battery consumption of the device on my vehicle?
The device has a consumption less than 3 milliamps (an electrical charge equivalent to 0.036 Watts of power for a 12 Volt battery) in idle state.
My vehicle won't start after connecting the device. What does that mean?
This is probably due to your vehicle's battery rather than the device.
How often is it recommended to start my vehicle to charge the battery If I don't use it often?
It's recommended to start your vehicle at least once a week and leave it running for 5 minutes to maintain a battery charge
When I connect the device my vehicle's alarm turns on, what does that mean?
The alarm doesn't relate to the device's connection, there may be a problem with the vehicle itself, please contact your dealer.
My airbag light came on when I connected the device, what do I do?
The airbag light is not associated with the device's connection. There may be a problem with the vehicle itself, please contact your dealer.
I connected my device, but it doesn't turn on any lights. What to do?
Try to do a few trips, the device may take a little while to turn on. Alternatively, there may be a short circuit in the power supply to the device port. Please contact Support.

Green solid or flashing lights indicate the device is connected. There may be other red or yellow blinking lights when the device loses connection. If your device is non funtional there will be no lights.
