How to Generate a Detailed Trip Report

 Fleetr’s Trip Report allows you to export detailed trip information for your fleet within a selected date range. The report is provided as a CSV file, making it easy to review, analyze, and organize your fleet’s trip data.

Generate a Detailed Trip Report

To generate a report:

  1. Log in to the Fleetr desktop platform.
  2. Open the Performance module from the left-side navigation menu.
  3. Select Export Detailed Trip Data on the top right of performance page.
  4. Select the date range you want to include in the report.
  5. Click Export.

Once the report has been generated, it will be sent to your email as a downloadable CSV attachment.

The report contains detailed trip information for your fleet within the selected date range.
