If you received a new device and it's not showing up on your account or the map, this might be due to a problem during the automatic activation.
We need you to provide us with the IMEI number of the device(s) so our support team can activate them manually.
In case your devices are showing on your account but they are not showing up in the map, please do the following:
1 - check that the device has lights showing up
2 - unplug and plug the device back in
3 - do a quick test drive and check if the device's location updates on the map
If after doing that the issues persist, please contact our support team and provide them with the following information for better assistance:
1 - device's IMEI number
2 - company name registered at fleetr
4 - screenshots if possible
