Fleetr’s User Management feature allows fleet managers to provide additional users with access to their Fleetr account. Each user can be assigned a permission level based on the responsibilities they have within the fleet.
Fleetr offers three permission levels:

Super Admin users have the highest level of access and can invite new users, configure other fleet managers, manage notifications, edit drivers and vehicles, configure geofences, and download reports.
Admin users can configure the fleet, manage notifications, edit drivers and vehicles, configure geofences, and download reports. Admin users cannot invite new users.
View Only users have limited access. They can configure notifications, view geofences, and download reports, but cannot make changes to fleet, driver, or vehicle settings.
The new user will receive an email invitation with instructions for accessing their Fleetr account.
To update an existing user’s information or permissions:
You can update the user’s information, permission level, and applicable Tag/Subfleet assignment.
If a user no longer needs access to your Fleetr account:
Removing a user only removes their access to the account. It does not delete your fleet’s vehicles, devices, or historical trip data.
When adding or editing a user, you can assign them to one or more Tags/Subfleets to control which vehicles they can access.
For more information about creating Tags, assigning vehicles, and managing user visibility, see Subfleets / TAGS.
If you have any questions or need assistance managing users, please contact Fleetr Support at support@fleetr.app or (1) 415-651-7575.
